- Stimulate the community for flight operations in the division
- Create, maintain and update divisional route database for most popular routes
- Create, maintain and update flight briefings for divisional airports in collaboration with FIR Chiefs
- Assist the Membership Department with the “Getting Started” section
- Attend monthly staff meetings
ATC OPERATIONS COORDINATOR & ASSISTANT COORDINATOR
- Stimulate our members to be online as ATC in the division
- Create, maintain and update local procedures and phraseology standards on the website
- Collaborate with Events Department on ATC positions to be used during divisional events
- Create, maintain and update rosters for divisional events
- Create, maintain and update ATC Events Award system
- Manage FIR Chiefs
- Assist the Membership Department with the “Getting Started” section
- Attend monthly staff meetings
TRAINING COORDINATOR & ASSISTANT TRAINING COORDINATOR
- Create, maintain and develop training programs
- Create, maintain and develop GCA programs
- Assign members to a trainer
- Ensure the department is up to date on local procedures and phraseology
- Assign examinations
- Conduct training sessions in accordance with the divisional training program
- Conduct examinations as per IVAO Exam Standards
- Conduct GCA training and checkouts
- Announce training sessions on the forum
- Insert, maintain and update training sessions on the website calendar
- Attend monthly staff meetings
MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR & ASSISTANT COORDINATOR
- Stimulating members to be active on the network
- Be a liaison for members towards divisional staff and departments
- Welcoming new members by sending weekly “Welcome letters” to theses
- Getting new members started
- Create, maintain and update “Getting Started” on the website
- Develop and maintain “welcome letters” in cooperation with the Training Department
- Action: “Membership Weekly Digest”
- Issue awards to members
- Develop and maintain divisional membership statistics
- Collaborate with the Public Relations Department to attract new members
- Attend monthly staff meetings
EVENTS COORDINATOR & ASSISTANT COORDINATOR
- Create and publish divisional events
- Create, maintain and publish divisional tours
- Validate leg reports for divisional tours
- Advise Membership Department to issue awards to members
- Attend monthly staff meetings.
PUBLIC RELATIONS COORDINATOR & ASSISTANT COORDINATOR
- Create, maintain and develop social media channels
- Post announcements (events, tours, training sessions, etc) on social media
- Promote IVAO and the division
- Collaborate with the Events Department for promotion of events and tours
- Collaborate with the Special Operations Department for promotion of events and tours
- Collaborate with the Membership Department on strategies to attract new members.

WEBMASTER AND ASSISTANT WEBMASTER
- Create, maintain and update the website
- Perform backup and maintenance of the website when required
- Ensure encryption and security protocols are in place and up to date
